• Your preferred timing and, if you choose, a budget range

If you're invited to our client portal, we also keep your account details (name, email, a securely hashed password, and an encrypted authenticator-app key), the files, messages, approvals, and invoices connected to your projects, and a record of sign-ins and important account activity, including IP addresses, for security.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The client portal uses essential cookies only, to keep you signed in and to complete two-step sign-in. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To deliver and manage projects you choose to start with us
• To send messages related to your request, project, account security, or invoices
• To protect the portal against misuse

We do not sell your personal information. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor (Stripe). Card payments are handled on Stripe's hosted checkout; we never receive or store your full card number. When you set a portal password, a partial, anonymous fingerprint of it is checked against a public list of breached passwords; the password itself is never sent. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Client materials

Documents, designs, and other materials you provide for a project are treated as confidential and are available only to you, the people you work with on that project, and our team. We do not publish client work without permission, and any security documentation shown publicly is sanitized.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and project information only as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver your project, and meet our business and legal obligations. After that, we delete it.
