Using this website
This website provides general information about Havard Solutions and its services. You may browse it and send us enquiries. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information.
Client portal accounts
Portal accounts are personal and by invitation only. Keep your password and authenticator app to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend access to protect your projects or the portal.
Quotes and project terms
Information on this website, including service descriptions, is general and is not an offer. Each project is governed by its own written quote. The quote sets out the deliverables, price, payment schedule, deposit, revisions, timing, and usage rights. If anything on this website differs from your accepted quote, the quote applies.
Payments
Payment amounts, due dates, and accepted methods are stated in your quote or invoice. Work may begin only after any required deposit is received. Final files may be released once the agreed payment conditions are met.
Changes and cancellations
Work requested beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and needs your approval before it begins. Cancellation and refund terms for a project are stated in your quote.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and logo of this website belong to Havard Solutions. Rights in work created for clients are set out in each project's quote. Client-supplied materials remain the property of the client.
Portfolio and samples
Work shown on this website is published with permission or is a sanitized or synthetic example. Demonstrations do not represent live customer systems.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Havard Solutions is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website itself. Responsibilities for project work are set out in the project's quote.
