Scope of Services

What we provide, what we don't, and how the scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins.

How scope is set

Every project starts with a written quote. The quote is the scope: it lists the deliverables, the number of revision rounds, the file formats, the price and payment schedule, and the expected timeline. Work begins only after you accept the quote in your client portal (and pay any deposit it includes). If this page and your quote ever differ, your quote applies.

Graphic Design

Flyers, programs, promotional graphics, and branded materials for events, outreach, and everyday promotion.

  • Flyers, posters and social graphics
  • Event and service programs
  • Branded templates and materials
  • Print-ready and digital file exports

Business Documentation

Forms, manuals, templates, and redesigns of the documents your team uses every day.

  • Forms, checklists and templates
  • Manuals, handbooks and guides
  • Redesigns of existing documents
  • Editable source files where agreed

Security Documentation

Standard operating procedures, training material, and operational forms for security teams.

  • Standard operating procedures
  • Post orders and operational forms
  • Training material
  • Reporting templates

Websites & Custom Portals

Websites and custom-scoped portals, planned around how your organization actually works.

  • Websites and landing pages
  • Custom client or staff portals
  • Forms, sign-in and dashboards as scoped
  • Launch support as agreed in the quote

Examples of typical work, not a complete list. Your quote states exactly what's included in your project.

Outside our scope

To be clear about what we are and aren't, Havard Solutions does not provide:

  • Legal advice or legal review. We can format and design policies, contracts and forms you provide, but we don't advise on their legal effect. Have important documents reviewed by an attorney.
  • Compliance certification or audits. Security and business documentation we write helps your team work consistently. It doesn't certify compliance with any law, regulation or standard.
  • Security services. We write documentation for security teams. We don't provide guards, patrols, alarm monitoring or investigations.
  • Printing, unless quoted. We deliver print-ready files. Printing, shipping and materials are only included when your quote says so.
  • Ongoing hosting or maintenance, unless quoted. Website and portal projects include what the quote lists. Hosting, monitoring and later changes are separate unless agreed.
  • Stock images, fonts and third-party services beyond what the quote includes. Any licenses you need to buy are listed before you approve.

What we need from you

  • Content such as text, logos and photos, and confirmation that you have the right to use them
  • Timely feedback on drafts, so the timeline in your quote holds
  • One clear decision-maker for approvals, or agreement on who approves
  • Careful review before you approve: an approval tells us the version is ready as is

Revisions and changes

Changes within the agreed deliverables are covered by the revision rounds in your quote. New deliverables, new directions after approval, or extra revision rounds are outside the original scope. We'll tell you before doing that work, send a revised or additional quote, and start only after you accept it.

Delivery and approvals

Drafts are shared in your client portal. When you approve a draft, the portal records the exact version, its file fingerprint and your typed name, and issues an approval certificate you can download. Final files are released in the portal once the payment conditions in your quote are met.

Confidentiality

Materials you share are used only for your project and are visible only to you, the people on your project, and our team. We don't show client work publicly without written permission, and security documentation is never shown publicly. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for details.
